To add programs to an electronic medical record system you can first download the home exercise program from Pelvic HEP and then follow the process specific to your electronic medical record system to scan or upload it.
Pelvic HEP’s pelvic therapy software is a web application. Connect to the internet and open a browser such as Chrome. We recommend using the Chrome Browser. If you encounter any concerns or have questions please email our support for assistance using the form below.
If for any reason you need a new receipt please use the form below to contact us. You must use the same email that you used to register for your account.
We can help you fix this. Please email our support through the form below and select Account Help in the subject to help us speed up our response. Meanwhile, please double check that you are using the email exactly as typed when you signed up. For example, you may have a country specific email that ends in something like “.com.au”. If that is the case, please try it with and without the “.au” portion. We have found that this is the most common reason a user cannot access their account.
We currently offer a monthly subscription of our physical therapy management software at the price listed on our pricing page.
No worries. We will issue a refund. There is no need to cancel and sign up again. This just creates additional charges. Simply email our support using the support form on the support page to inform us and we will issue you the refund of the difference. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for a refund to show in your payment account.
