Yes, physical therapy management software ‘PelvicHEP’ is a web application and internet access is required. You can use it through any device with internet access; however, it is best used on a device with a larger screen such as a tablet, laptop or desktop screen. Simply open a browser, we recommend Chrome for best results, and go to app.pelvichep.com. Once, you’re sign up you will be able to log in and begin to create programs.
We currently offer a monthly subscription of our physical therapy management software at the price listed on our pricing page.
No worries. We will issue a refund. There is no need to cancel and sign up again. This just creates additional charges. Simply email our support using the support form on the support page to inform us and we will issue you the refund of the difference. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for a refund to show in your payment account.
You can use any major credit card or bank card to pay for our physical therapy management software. Your card information is stored with our payment gateway provider which uses advanced security measures. We do not store that information locally. Your payment option will be billed automatically to renew your subscription per the terms of your subscription.

While we offer encryption and other security measures, we do not claim to be HIPAA compliant. So, it is important that as a user you do not use a patient’s PHI (ex: name or image) when building a HEP physical therapy program or pelvic physical therapy exercise or using the system.
